TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AESTHETICS CHESHIRE LTD:
“The Company” – this is Aesthetics Cheshire Ltd
“Course” – this is a training course which is provided by The Company
“You” – This is the person either booking or taking the course
“Booking” – This is any course that is booked in person, via telephone, email or text by You
“Model” – This is a client who attends the Course for a treatment
All course bookings made with The Company are subject to acceptance of The Company’s Booking Terms & Conditions, these do not affect your statutory rights.
When booking a Course, you are then deemed to have entered into a specific contract and date with The Company.
On commencement it is deemed that You have accepted our Terms & Conditions as soon as you have been granted access to the Company’s course learning material, including home study and/or You have received email/text conformation of your Booking.
You need to refer to the Company’s website, email and attached course information to obtain details what you will learn during your training and what is included on your Course that you have booked.
We do not offer refunds of booking fees due to Covid, we will, if necessary, postpone course dates in line with Government guidelines until it is deemed safe to work and we have the Government go ahead to resume.
Dates & Locations
The Company reserves the right to either cancel or amend any Course dates or location. If this occurs, You will be notified promptly and You will be provided with alternative Course details of dates, content or given a full refund.
Course Fees, Payment Plans
A booking fee is required when booking any course, which is non refundable, but, can be transferred to another of our courses at The Company’s discretion.
All course balances, once the non-refundable booking fee has been paid to The Company, need to be paid in full 7 days before commencement of the course. If full payment is not received the Course Booking will be considered cancelled. In these circumstances no re-scheduling or transfer of the Course is allowed and no refund will be made for any part of he course fees, unless there has been a prior agreement.
Once Course material has been sent out to You under no circumstances will any fees be refunded or course or transferred to another course.
Any arrears of payment plans will give The Company the right to withhold certification until all fees have been paid.
We offer the facility of booking your course a few weeks ahead and paying for the course weekly by bank transfer, for those people who find it hard to save.
If you leave your course for any reason, you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund by The Company. All outstanding fees must be paid, nor will you be able to transfer onto another course.
During Courses taught by Deborah Foster you are covered by The Company’s insurance policy and if you are taught by a third party, you will be covered by the trainer’s insurance policy. The Company will not be responsible for third party. insurance. The Company’s indemnity insurance is offered by Insync Insurance during training at The Company’s premises. You must obtain indemnity insurance to work on the general public once you leave The Company’s premises.
Post Training Support
The Company will offer You support and advice after successful completion of your Course via email, text and telephone at no extra cost of training you have completed with The Company.
Any refresher face-to-face training for courses undertaken with The Company will be charged at an hourly rate (available on request).
The Company will try to obtain models for students who live a distance from the centre, however, The Company cannot guarantee the availability of suitable models and adequate notice must be given to The Company is models are required.
Models for some treatments will be required to pay for the cost of product.
The Company is not liable for any loss of earnings or travel expenses incurred by You or Models due to circumstances outside the control of The Company.
Cancellation of a Course made by You must be notified in writing to The Company’s registered address via email to firstname.lastname@example.org before the non-refundable booking fee is made.
If You fail to attend the scheduled Course, no part of the Course fee will be refunded or transferred to another Course date.
Trade Marks & Logos
The trade marks (including logos) which are displayed on our website or learning materials are the property of Aesthetics Cheshire Ltd or Debbie Foster. Any use of our trade marks displayed on our learning materials is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent from Aesthetics Cheshire Ltd
We own the copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights in all text and images relating to our services. You will not alter, create or adapt, any other sourced work from any of our materials including online courses and the website or any material for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use for your training course without our prior written consent.
None of the content of the website or training materials may be copied or incorporated into or saved in any other website, electronic retrieval system, publication, or any other work in any form (whether electronic, hard copy, electronic, or any other method
Anyone requesting permission to use any of our intellectual property not covered by our Terms and Conditions should be made to email@example.com.
Complaints about any detail of our Services should be made as soon as possible in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to Aesthetics Cheshire Ltd, 59-63 Station Road, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5LT.
Whilst Aesthetics Cheshire Ltd aim to address all complaints in a thorough and timely manner, a complaint could be more complex and may require additional time. If we do require more than the standard 10 working days, we will inform you of our progress in the investigation, the reason(s) for the delay and the new deadline.
Qualifying courses for payment plans:
IF YOU FAIL TO DISCLOSE ANY MEDICAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY ON BOOKING THE COURSE AND THAT ONCE YOU HAVE STARTED THE COURSE IT BECOMES EVIDENT THAT YOU ARE NOT SUITABLE TO CONTINUE NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
