There is now a mandatory unit for covid 19 to complete as a pre-requisite for this qualification – it is a home study unit and there is a multiple choice exam to complete whilst undertaking your training.
You will also be required to produce a portfolio of evidence, undertake practical assessments and written work produced by the VTCT.
This VTCT Level 4 qualification will provide you with the necessary skills to carry out Laser Hair Removal treatments, together with skin rejuvenation treatments, health and safety when working in the clinic and machine safety knowledge.
All our trainers have many years of experience both in the Beauty Industry and Advanced Aesthetics, so we can offer excellent practical training
We also provide support after completion of your course, as you can be unsure of how to deal with certain situations and only experience can give you this knowledge
We offer training independent of all machine suppliers and do not link with any particular supplier.
Our machines are used in our salon on clients and they produce excellent results for clients.
The course is designed to help develop an understanding of being able to identify and control hazards in your aesthetic clinic and to be able to identify skin and hair conditions during hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments and who is suitable to undergo treatments.
Minimum age for entry onto this course is 18 years
A good level of education is required to be able to complete this course
You must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
There are no specific pre-requisites for entry onto this course other than those listed above
