Cancellation & Refund Policy
Course Payment Terms
Due to our focus on one-to-one training and small group learning, a deposit of 50% (plus registration fee) is required to reserve a place on a any of the courses offered at Debbie Foster Advanced Aesthetics School of Beauty.
The balance of the course fee is due upon commencement of training and must be paid in full before qualification assessments can occur.
In the event of a student failing to commence a course (post registration) deposits and fees are non-refundable. Fees can be transferred to another course or course dates.
In the event of a medical condition occurring then a refund will be considered on the production of a consultant’s letter explaining why a training course cannot take place.
No fees are refundable in the case of a student failing to complete a course, with course fees being fully chargeable.
Fees are also not transferable.
Additional costs should be anticipated for workbooks, uniforms, beauty kits, and examination fees.
